Step-by-Step Guide to Purchasing an eGift Card
1. Access the Purchase Screen
Click "Continue": You will be redirected to a True Rewards pop-up screen.
2. Provide Necessary Details
Enter Required Information: Fill in the name, email address, mobile phone number (Optional), a personal message, and the delivery date.
Delivery Options: The eGift card can be delivered digitally via email or SMS. Please note that a $0.10 charge applies if you choose SMS delivery. Cashback is not earned on this delivery charge.
Physical Gift Cards: Currently, only digital gift cards are available. Physical gift cards are not an option.
Add a Credit/Debit Card: To complete the purchase, add your credit or debit card. During this process, you will need to enter a multi-factor authentication code.
3. Finalise the Purchase
Check Delivery Information: Double-check the email address or phone number where you want the eGift card to be sent.
Click "Checkout Now": Once all details are correct, click "Checkout Now" to finalise your eGift card purchase.
After completing these steps, your Cashback will be processed and credited to your Thrive Wallet as soon as the partner confirms all conditions have been satisfied.

To be eligible for Cashback:
Access the Partner Site via the App: Ensure you navigate to the partner site by clicking the link provided within the Human Force Thrive app. This is crucial for tracking your purchase and rewarding Cashback.
GST, Delivery Costs, and Returned/Exchanged Products: Please note that GST, delivery costs, and products that are returned or exchanged do not count toward the purchase amount eligible for Cashback.
Confirmation of Terms: Once you've successfully purchased an eGift card, the Cashback will appear in your app after the partner confirms that all terms have been met.
