You’ll need to make sure your employer has your updated mobile number in their system before we can send a verification code to your new mobile.
Here’s how to do this:
If you can check or edit your details in your employer’s system yourself, then log on and manually update your mobile number.
If you can’t check or edit your details in your employer’s system, you or your manager will need to get in touch with your company’s payroll department to get your mobile number updated in their system.
Once you’ve followed these steps, your employer will update us of any changes to your details. You may need to wait a few days for us to get these details and then you should be able to get a verification code to your new mobile.
P.s. When you’re back in the app, you can update your mobile number in your profile. Just tap Settings and then tap Your profile and update your details.
