You’ll need to either check your details are correct in your employer’s system or reach out to your payroll team to make sure they have the correct details for you.
If you’re able to edit your details in your employer’s system, then log on and either check or edit your details so they are correct. Your employer will update us on any changes to your details in their file, so come back in a few days and try again.
If you’re unable to check or edit your details in your employer’s system, you or your manager will need to get in touch with your company’s payroll department to make sure your date of birth is correct.
