Points Activity provides a record of points entering or leaving your Rewards balances.
View your activity
Open the Humanforce Thrive app and tap Rewards.
Tap your available points balance.
Review the entries under Points Activity.
Green amounts show points added to your balance.
Red amounts show points leaving the relevant balance, such as points given from your points-to-give allocation or points used for a redemption.
Each entry includes a description and date to help explain where the points came from or how they were used.
From this screen, you can also tap Explore Rewards to browse the available gift cards.
If an entry looks incorrect
Refresh or reopen the app, then check the entry’s date and description.
Some employer-triggered events may take time to process. If an entry is still missing or appears incorrect, contact support with:
The date of the activity.
The achievement, recognition or redemption involved.
The number of points expected.
