The Rewards feed brings together colleague recognition, celebrations and eligible achievements across your organisation.
Interact with a post
Comment: Tap the speech bubble to open the post and add a comment.
Add points: Tap + to give the original recipient additional points from your points-to-give balance.
React: Tap the reaction icon and choose an emoji.
View reactions: Tap an existing reaction to see who reacted.
View details: Open a post to see its comments, reactions and any add-on points.
Use GIFs: Where available, add a GIF to recognition or a comment.
Filter the feed
Open Rewards and tap the filter icon.
Search by name, recognition reason or message.
Select one or more available types, such as Recognition, Birthdays, Anniversaries or Achievements.
Choose whether GIF images should appear.
Tap Done to apply the filter.
The available filters will depend on the Rewards features enabled by your employer.
View the leaderboard
If the leaderboard is enabled:
Open Rewards.
Tap the star icon near the top-right of the screen.
Use the month selector to view a different period.
The leaderboard shows the top point givers and receivers for the selected month. It is designed to celebrate participation and is not a measure of employee performance.
Keep posts appropriate
Recognition is visible to other eligible people in your organisation.
Keep your messages respectful and do not include confidential, health, performance, payroll, customer or other sensitive information.
