Rewards includes two separate point balances: available points and points to give.
Available points
Available points are points you have earned or received.
You can use them to redeem eligible gift cards in the Rewards marketplace.
Available points may come from colleague recognition or eligible achievements set by your employer.
Available points expire 18 months after they are issued.
The oldest points are used first when you redeem.
You may receive notifications before your points expire.
Gift-card values and point requirements are shown in the marketplace.
Points to give
Points to give are a separate allocation provided by your employer for recognising colleagues.
They can only be given to eligible colleagues through recognition or add-on points.
They cannot be redeemed for gift cards.
They cannot be transferred into your available-points balance.
Your balance refreshes monthly.
Unused points to give do not carry over after the monthly reset.
Your employer may provide different allocations to different employees.
Example
If you have 500 available points and 50 points to give, you can use the 500 available points in the Rewards marketplace.
The 50 points to give can only be used to recognise colleagues.
