You can use your available points to redeem eligible gift cards through the Rewards marketplace.
Points to give cannot be redeemed.
Redeem a gift card
Open the Humanforce Thrive app and tap Rewards.
Tap the three dots next to your available points balance.
Select Shop rewards.
Sign in to the rewards marketplace through the app
Search for a gift card or browse the available categories.
Select a gift card to view its details, terms and conditions, and disclaimer.
Confirm your order using your points balance
Receive a confirmation email for your order
Receive a separate email containing your issued digital gift card, which you can use straight away
Gift-card brands, currencies and available amounts may vary depending on your location.
Review the brand, amount and terms carefully before confirming. Completed redemptions may not be reversible.
View previous redemptions
From the Rewards marketplace, tap View History to review your previous redemptions and any available fulfilment details.
If your gift card is missing
Check View History first and allow a short period for your redemption to finish processing.
If it is still missing, contact support and provide:
The date of the redemption.
The gift-card brand.
The selected amount.
The number of points used.
A screenshot of the redemption status, if available.
Never send your password, one-time code or full gift-card code in a support message.
