Rewards & Recognition gives you a simple way to celebrate great work and earn rewards through the Humanforce Thrive app.
Depending on the features your employer has enabled, you can:
Recognise colleagues and give them points.
Receive points when colleagues recognise you.
Earn points for eligible achievements and milestones.
Comment on, react to and add points to recognition in the Rewards feed.
Redeem your available points for eligible gift cards.
How to access Rewards
Sign in to the Humanforce Thrive app.
Tap Rewards in the bottom navigation.
What you’ll see
Available points: Points you have earned or received and can redeem for rewards.
Points to give: A separate allocation you can use to recognise colleagues.
Rewards feed: Recognition, celebrations and eligible achievements across your organisation.
Leaderboard: The top point givers and receivers for the selected month, if enabled.
Filters: Options to search the feed or filter it by recognition type.
The features, earning events and rewards available to you will depend on your employer’s configuration and your location.
